We aim to give some of the money raised from the Beach House to local community projects.
Projects
We have already contributed a toilet block to the local junior school. And a proportion of the beach house rental from each stay goes towards classroom resources and other items for Langma’s junior and senior schools. We recently provided an Easter party for the children, for example.
Future projects that we plan to be involved in include:
- A science block for Langma senior school
- A second toilet block. The first is attached to the junior school. The Langma villagers like it, and would like a toilet block of their own!
- A more powerful motor boat for the Langma fishermen
