Arguably the first asset of the house is direct access to the beach. You may see a few fisherman, but you are unlikely to see any tourists, especially during the week.
After listening to the ocean from the verandah or from a hammock as the sun goes down, you will never want to leave.
The house has a courtyard swimming pool with a shallow end suitable for children. Please note there is a strict no diving policy.
On request, we can put you in touch with a local cook who will look after you during your stay. Purchase of food and payment will be arranged by you and the cook.
The costs are around £15 per day for meals made from fresh local ingredients, subject to agreement.
The main living room is between the pool courtyard and the garden terrace with views over the sea. It provides a central relaxation space.
The terrace is off the living room and has a shaded dining area. It is positioned to catch sea breezes and provides the venue for most daily activities.
The master bedroom has a contemporary four poster bed and access to a first floor terrace overlooking the ocean.
The other three bedrooms have direct access to the breakfast terrace or the pool courtyard.
The dining room is located next to the kitchen and is mainly used for serving food to be taken to the outside terrace or for eating after dark or in bad weather.
The kitchen has a range, a sink, two fridges and basic kitchen and dining equipment – glasses, crockery etc.
There is a rather bumpy court to the side of the house and nets and racquets are available. Please bring your own balls and don’t expect Olympic standards!
